The Truth About Medium
Extraordinary Experiments with the Real Allison DuBois of NBC’s Medium and Other Remarkable Psychics
In The Truth About Medium, Gary E. Schwartz recounts controlled experiments with Allison DuBois—the medium whose work inspired NBC’s Medium—and other psychics. The studies test what mediums report under conditions intended to reduce ordinary explanations for accurate information.
Along with the personalities and stories behind the research, the book presents findings that raise questions about mediumship, intuition, and whether human consciousness can connect beyond the limits of the physical senses.
